Our Story
Our aim is to create a community that fosters open conversations and empowers individuals to prioritize their mental and emotional well-being. Lived Health is a business built on the foundation of human first facilitation, discussing topics around mental health and wellness, psychosocial hazards, decision making and coaching. This is a space where we delve into the intricacies of the human experience, providing insights and support to enhance personal and professional development.

Paul Ridge
Paul Ridge is a HR Professional and has worked in a variety of roles within the mining industry over the last 18 years.
Prior to mining, Paul worked in both Local and State Government within Perth and the Goldfields. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Business, Master in Human Resource Management, and a Certificate IV in Health Care, Paul has worked across the disciplines of Human Resources, Employee Relations, Health, Safety, Training and Development, and Production Operations.
Paul is a skilled communicator and a human focused leader who enjoys coaching and helping others reach their full potential.
Paul is a community minded individual, and an avid volunteer having worked with St John WA, The Disabled Surfers Association, and other sporting and community groups. Outside of work, Paul loves creating memories with his wife and 3 children, playing guitar with his band and kids, attending live concerts, and surfing.

Ricky Longshaw
Ricky is a passionate advocate for human connection and community building.
With a career that has taken him from nightclub security to driving trains, and long stretches in leadership roles in-between, he has honed his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. These leadership experiences have taught him the value of human-centered leadership styles, emphasizing empathy, understanding, and personal growth.
Ricky's true calling is in empowering young men to understand themselves and the world around them. And is committed to guiding young men towards making informed decisions and leading full, rewarding lives.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Ricky captures and shares powerful stories through his podcast, creating a platform for meaningful conversations. He also hosts a monthly coffee catch-up for men in his community, fostering a supportive environment where individuals can connect and grow together.
